I'm Marco Scaglia, and ever since I was a kid, I've always helped out in the family business. Now I'm eighteen, and I go to the agricultural college. I help the company with cattle nutrition and maintenance and company management. I am and will be the future of the company. On one hand, that makes me happy, but it also puts a lot of responsibility on my plate, now and in the future, especially as the company grows.
